This course is mainly designed to prepare IT project managers/Coordinators, novice or experienced, with project management skills needed to better manage IT projects. Built along the IT project management lifecycle, this course covers detailed topics of the basic concepts of IT project management, including initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing projects. The course also shows how IT projects should be managed, from inception to post-implementation review.
The audience who take this course will likely improve their management skills and abilities to define the project scope, create a workable project plan, and manage within the budget and schedule.
The course covers a lot of material yet is run in a relaxed manner and teaches how to manage projects rather than how to administer a methodology.
There are no prerequisites – no prior project management training is necessary. No, IT knowledge is needed.
COURSE OVERVIEW
PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute is the industry standard for demonstrating competence and a solid foundation of Project Management skills. This workshop provides strategies to condense your study efforts and methods you can use to deliver value to your organization and prepare successfully for your PMP certification. Every participant will be eligible for 35 PDUs to complete one criteria for the PMP exam.

INTENDED AUDIENCE
This (PMP®) is designed for those who manage projects on a full time basis and whose projects involve the need for more formal approaches to managing, including projects in which there are significant external dependencies to be controlled. And for all those who have any responsibility in the various Projects and who would benefit by obtaining an understanding of Project Management best practices.
COURSE STRUCTURE AND PRICING
This is an intensive Six Full Days course that include the official PMI contents and is an instructor led & Classroom based. The course fee shall be Rs. 12,000/- for total 36 hours of complete course duration.
EXAM AND CERTIFICATION CRITERIA
Students must answer correctly at least 106 of 200 questions in the 4-hour Multiple-ChoiceQuestions (4 choices) exam, held at the Authorized Exam Centers. Out of 200 questions, 25 questions will not be considered for evaluation.

He has a keen ability on providing assistance to organizations transitioning into consistent and advanced project management practice and approaches. He has vast experience in Project Planning, Analyzing, Implementation, Controlling, Coordination, Invoicing, PMO and Documentation of large projects.
